Studio Dispatch & Handling

All original artworks are prepared and dispatched directly from the studio. Due to the tactile nature, scale, and value of the original oil paintings, each canvas undergoes a rigorous studio inspection and museum-grade packaging process prior to release.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for studio processing, protective custom packaging, and transit preparation.

Packaging Standards

To safeguard the physical integrity and textured surface of each canvas, artworks are wrapped using archival materials and housed within thick packaging.

Shipping Methods & Insurance

  • Worldwide Tracked Transit: All acquisitions are dispatched via premium express courier services (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx) or dedicated art logistics handlers.

  • Full Transit Coverage: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage from studio dispatch to final delivery.

  • Signature Required: To guarantee secure handover, a direct signature by an adult recipient is strictly required upon delivery.

International Customs, Import Duties & VAT

For international acquisitions, shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or administrative customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are determined by regional customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the acquiring collector.

  • Commercial invoices and documentation are attached to every shipment to ensure seamless customs processing.
